The Miscarriage Association is an invaluable resource, raising awareness, and helping sufferers come to terms with their grief. Support groups and helplines can both be useful if you are finding life difficult after a miscarriage.
The Stillbirth and Neonatal Death charity is another source of support. They have a helpline too.
It may help to make some kind of remembrance of your baby. www.miscarriagememories.com sell charms, and Sands sometimes organise church services for babies lost before or shortly after birth.

Short Channel 4 interview with Tori Amos on YouTube. A search for "miscarriage" on YouTube will also bring up a load of slideshows made in memory of lost babies which will no doubt have you in tears. Unfortunately, they are all set to the same sodding Avril Lavigne track.
